srsly, thats basically how it happens.

you discover sprite comics. you either think its cool cuz ur too lazy to draw, or you think its cool cuz it just looks unique and your using your favorite videogame characters.

then, u decide to make an author character because you can. or cuz you are creative and wanted to see how an idea of yours would work in said world of your videogame.



things can either fall out of hand or fall into place.

And that's how Aperture was made.

But seriously, I wasn't interested in making sprite comics till I actually read some GOOD sprite comics.
You know, the ones that have sprites (non-fuzzily) resized bigger than 100%, that are well written, that have readable dialogue, and that actually have character's mouths move (non-freakishly) when they're talking.

This isn't quite accurate.

Normally the author points out how much they suck first, a la Bob and George.
